What Makes Colleen Such A Great Office Manager?

You’ve probably had a chance to meet our Office Manager Colleen Drum when you’ve come in for your visits. Colleen is an integral part of our team, and we’d like to take this opportunity to help you get to know her a little more and share with you what makes her so great. 

Colleen has been with our practice since 1995 and knows the ins and outs of everything that goes on in the office. She first started with us as an assistant and then became a finance coordinator. It was a natural transition for her to become the office manager as we began to grow. Colleen has a degree in human services and has spent the last 25 years learning and expanding her skills. She finds it rewarding to be in a support position where she can help to make everyone’s job a little bit easier. 

What does Colleen do when she’s not at work? She loves to explore the great outdoors by taking walks and going hiking. If Colleen wasn’t working with us, she would be interested in owning a travel agency. She loves to travel and learn about all the unique places around the world and could see herself passing that knowledge on to others. We also asked her where she would go if she could travel anywhere in the world, and her answer was, “Ireland! I would love to see Ireland again and actually get to know the people where I came from.”

We hope that Colleen can make it back to Ireland one of these days and we also hope that you got to know just what makes Colleen so special. The last thing we want to leave you with is a note from Colleen that you might want to share with someone who is looking for a new dentist:
