We’re Turning 65!
June is an exciting time for many. School in our area is coming to an end, and the start of the summer season is quickly approaching. We will enjoy long days and long summer nights, warm weather, and all of the summer activities. My office has an even more exciting reason to celebrate this June — it’s our 65th anniversary! You may be wondering how it is possible I am celebrating the 65th anniversary of the dental office. Read on to learn more about the history of the office and why I am so excited for this anniversary.
65 Years of Giving Patients a Reason to Smile
You might be wondering how I am celebrating the 65th anniversary of the practice when I have only been practicing dentistry for approximately 34 years. The dental office that I call mine today was actually established in 1957 by my father. I grew up around dentistry and spent much time in this office during my youth. I saw my father make a difference in the lives of his patients every day. It led to my motivation in becoming a dentist myself and following in my father’s footsteps so I could make that same difference. After completing my schooling, I returned and took over the practice in 1988. I am so proud to have continued to build upon the dental community started by my father that has allowed me to create long-lasting relationships with my patients, many of whom are now like family to me.
Honored to be Part of the Canandaigua Community
I could not be more honored to have continued my father’s legacy in my hometown. Being a native of Candaigua myself, I have been grateful to both own my practice and raise my family in such a wonderful community. When possible I like to give back to the community I have called home for so many years. I am actively involved with Blue Star Mothers, Lions Club and Cheshire Community Action Team.
