Payment

Payment is due at the time service is provided. Our office accepts cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Outside financing through CareCredit is available upon request and approval. We do not offer payment plans but will always accept monthly prepayments in advance for treatment in the future.

Insurance

We are not a participating provider with any dental insurance plans. We will however file claims on your behalf, as a courtesy. Our knowledgeable staff can help you maximize your dental benefits and minimize your out-of-pocket cost. It is impossible to give an exact cost for treatment until we have examined you. We will cover the exact cost and financial options during the initial examination.

Please understand that insurance companies are in business to make a profit, which often interferes with a patient being approved for the best possible care. All charges you incur are your responsibility, regardless of your insurance coverage. We must emphasize that as your dental care provider, our relationship is with you, our patient, not with your insurance company. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Our office is not a party to that contract.
